This month, we’re spotlighting men’s mental health and breaking down the barriers that often prevent men from seeking support. These resources are relevant to boys and men of all ages.


The truth is, mental health affects everyone no matter your age, gender or background. Mental health can often feel like a difficult subject to bring up, but everyone deserves support and understanding.


Men often feel pressured to “be tough” or “keep their emotions to themselves” because of how society views them.


Having these expectations can make it hard to ask for help, even when it’s really needed. Men, just like anyone else, need a safe space to talk about how they feel without judgement.


In these resources, we’ll explore the myths about men’s mental health, tips on how to talk about your mental health, the unique challenges for the GBT+ community and much more.


Remember, everyone’s mental health journey is different and it's always okay to ask for help.
